باختصار: «المصلي» بيشتغل كامل من غير حساب. إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك، مفيش إعلانات، ومفيش أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من طرف تالت. موقعك الجغرافي وصوتك مش بيخرجوا من جهازك أبدًا.
تطبيق «المصلي» (Almosaly) تطوير Athr. السياسة دي بتوضّح إيه البيانات اللي التطبيق بيتعامل معاها، وليه، وإزاي تتحكّم فيها. باستخدامك للتطبيق بتوافق على اللي مكتوب هنا.
التطبيق بيشتغل بكل مميزاته في وضع الضيف. الحساب اختياري وغرضه الوحيد إن تقدّمك يتزامن بين أجهزتك. لو اخترت تعمل حساب، بنجمع:

لو عندك حساب، البيانات دي بتتخزّن على خوادمنا عشان تلاقيها على أي جهاز تدخل منه:
من غير حساب، البيانات دي بتفضل على جهازك بس.
التطبيق بيطلب إذن الموقع «أثناء الاستخدام» عشان يحسب مواقيت الصلاة، اتجاه القبلة، وأقرب المساجد. الحسابات دي كلها بتتم على جهازك، وقائمة المساجد مخزّنة جوّه التطبيق نفسه. إحداثياتك ما بتترفعش على خوادمنا ولا بتتشارك مع أي طرف تالت. تقدر ترفض إذن الموقع وتختار مدينتك يدويًا.
بتُستخدم لتحديد اتجاه القبلة على الشاشة فقط. القراءات دي بتتقرا لحظيًا ومش بتتخزّن ولا بتتبعت لحد.
إشعارات الأذان والأذكار محلية بالكامل — بتتجدول على جهازك من مواقيت محسوبة محليًا. مفيش خادم بيبعتلك إشعارات، ومفيش رمز إشعارات (push token) بيتجمع.
لو استخدمت «التسميع»، التطبيق بيطلب إذن الميكروفون عشان يسمع قراءتك ويقارنها بالمصحف كلمة بكلمة. الصوت بيتعالج لحظيًا على جهازك بنموذج محلي، ومش بيتسجّل ولا بيتخزّن ولا بيتبعت لخوادمنا أو لأي طرف تالت. الميكروفون بيشتغل بس والشاشة مفتوحة وإنت ضاغط على زر التسميع، ومش بيسمع في الخلفية. تقدر ترفض الإذن وتكمّل باقي التطبيق عادي.
أول ما تفعّل التسميع بيتنزّل ملف النموذج (حوالي ٧٠ ميجا) مرة واحدة من github.com، وبعدها بيشتغل من غير إنترنت. التنزيل ده ملف بيتجاب بس، ومفيهوش أي بيانات عنك — لكن زي أي اتصال، عنوان الـ IP بتاعك بيوصل لـ GitHub.
التطبيق بيتصل بالخدمات دي لجلب محتوى أو أسعار. أي اتصال إنترنت بطبيعته بيوصّل عنوان الـ IP بتاعك للخادم المستقبِل:

إحنا مش بنبعت أي بيانات شخصية للخدمات دي.
مفيش. التطبيق مفيهوش إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات، ولا أي حزمة تتبّع من طرف تالت. إحنا مش بنتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع التانية، ومش بنبيع أو نأجّر بياناتك لأي حد.
بنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طول ما الحساب موجود. تقدر تمسح حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق:

حذف الحساب بيمسح بياناتك الشخصية وبيانات المزامنة من خوادمنا نهائيًا خلال ٣٠ يوم كحد أقصى (بما فيها النسخ الاحتياطية). البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك بتتمسح بحذف التطبيق. لو محتاج تمسح حسابك ومش قادر تدخل عليه، ابعتلنا على الإيميل تحت.
كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا بتتم عبر HTTPS/TLS. كلمات المرور بتتخزّن مشفّرة باتجاه واحد. بنتّبع إجراءات معقولة لحماية البيانات، لكن مفيش نظام على الإنترنت آمن ١٠٠٪.
التطبيق مش موجّه للأطفال أقل من ١٣ سنة، وإحنا ما بنجمعش عن قصد بيانات منهم. لو وصل لعلمنا إن طفل عمل حساب، هنمسحه.
لك حق الوصول لبياناتك، تصحيحها، أو حذفها. أغلب دي متاحة جوّه التطبيق مباشرة، وأي طلب تاني ابعتهولنا على الإيميل وهنرد خلال ٣٠ يوم.
ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي. أي تعديل جوهري هيظهر في الصفحة دي مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، ولو التعديل مهم هننبّهك جوّه التطبيق.

In short: Almosaly works fully without an account. We do not sell your data, there are no ads, and there are no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. Your location and your voice never leave your device.
Almosaly (“المصلي”) is developed by Athr. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and how you stay in control of it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Every feature works in guest mode. An account is optional and exists only to sync your progress across devices. If you create one, we collect:

With an account, the following is stored on our servers so it follows you across devices:
Without an account, all of this stays on your device only.
The app requests “While Using the App” location to compute prayer times, the Qibla direction, and nearby mosques. All of these are computed on-device, and the mosque directory ships inside the app. Your coordinates are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party. You may decline the permission and pick your city manually.
Used only to point the Qibla compass on screen. Readings are used in real time and are never stored or transmitted.
Adhan and azkar reminders are entirely local notifications, scheduled on your device from locally computed times. No server pushes notifications to you, and no push token is collected.
If you use “Tasmee” (recitation review), the app asks for microphone access so it can hear your recitation and compare it with the Quran word by word. Audio is processed in real time on your device by an on-device model. It is not recorded, not stored, and never sent to our servers or any third party. The microphone is only active while the screen is open and you have started a session; it never listens in the background. You may decline the permission and keep using the rest of the app.
The first time you enable Tasmee, the model file (about 70 MB) is downloaded once from github.com; afterwards it works offline. This is a plain file download that carries no data about you — but as with any connection, your IP address is visible to GitHub.
The app contacts the following services to fetch content or prices. Any internet request inherently exposes your IP address to the receiving server:

We do not send any personal data to these services.
None. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDK. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell or rent your data.
We keep account data for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app:
Profile → Delete account
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal and sync data from our servers within 30 days at most, backups included. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. If you cannot sign in to delete your account, email us at the address below.
All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no system on the internet is 100% secure.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will delete it.
You may access, correct, or delete your data. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and significant changes will also be surfaced in the app.
